| | International Credit Union Day |
| | | How do you get from where you are to where you want to be? Maybe you aren’t ready for kids, a big house, and two cars in the driveway—maybe you are. Maybe you will be someday.
Maybe you dream of traveling the world, running marathons in every state, raising horses on a small patch of land in rural Montana, living in an 800-square-foot house you own outright, opening a small coffee shop on Main Street that also sells used records, retiring in your 40s, or zooming to work on a new scooter.
Maybe you just want to pay off all your student loan debt.
The point is, wouldn’t it be nice to know that regardless of what you want today, tomorrow, or years from now that you’re ready?
As a credit union, we care more about you than chasing huge profits. So if debt is holding you down, or you want to learn how to nail the basics, or you simply want reassurance you’re on the right track—come see us.
On October 19, Via Credit Union will, along with more than 56,000 credit unions around the world, celebrate International Credit Union Day (ICU Day), and the philosophy and achievements of the credit union movement.
Via Credit Union celebrates ICU Day because it believes the not-for-profit structure and people-first principles of credit unions make them the ideal financial partners for all people. This year’s ICU Day theme is “Dreams Thrive Here,” a celebration of how credit unions help people achieve their biggest goals in life.
Members are welcome to bring a friend or family member to any branch to enjoy cookies and celebrate a worldwide movement that’s made helping people its No. 1 priority for more than 160 years. |

| | Question for ViaInsurance Agent: Beth Combs |
| | | Does my Homeowner's Policy cover flood?
No, it does not. Flood is an excluded peril. Flood insurance is a separate policy governed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Generally, the mortgage lender will advise you if your home is in a flood zone.
Flood is defined as surface waters & standing water either from a lake, river or pond, even rain. The back up/sewer endorsement available for homeowners policies refers to city water/sewer systems or septic systems issues. Contact your agent and inquire about the exposure for back up damage at your home.
Receive a free, no obligation quote for any of your insurance needs. Or if you prefer, call Beth Combs at 765.662.3700. |
